Infertility is inability to conceive after 12 months of unprotected Intercourse. It could be related reasons in men and women both.
About 80% conceive within first year of trying. 10% conceive the year later. Only about 10% remain infertile at the end of second year of trying.

Treatment is my proper evaluation. There are multiple modalities if treatment starting with basic ovulation induction and timing the Intercourse. If this fails , then iui can be done. If iui also fails then IVF/ICSI would be the choice.
